We briefly talk with Francey and then get to hear him lead the appreciative crowd of the Goldenlink Folksinging Society in a version of his song “All Lights Burning Bright,” inspired by riding with the crew of a ship on the Great Lakes.

Check out the Chandler Travis Philharmonic, a highly unique and theatrical bunch – think Tom Waits meets Dixieland jazz – as they play the Lovin’ Cup. While the Boston area band has been around for nearly 20 years, this evening’s trumpet player, Eastman student Garret Reynolds, tells us he’s only been with the band a few hours. / Este grupo bastante único de Boston – con un sonido que nos recuerda a Tom Waits con un grupo Dixieland – lleva tocando juntos casi 20 años.
